Shad Petrosky of Big Time Attic did the blog of the Cartoonist Conspiracy (Minnesota) 24-Hour Comic event. And his work is far and away the best of the blogs at 24hourcomics.com. Of the 35 other locations represented on the official blog, I think only one other location ran longer than one page. Shad put up two full pages of writing — and many more photos than anyone else. And then there’s the audio. And the written commentary itself is entertaining — and even educational. Excellent work, Shad!

Thanks guys! I really wanted to pimp the onspiracy and BTA, but next year I want to do the comic. We only have around 300 days to find a new blogger.

The blog was great, but I gotta agree with mrmonkey23: “I’d rather read a Shad comic than a Shad blog.” And it’ll be a chance for you to kick back and relax. No interviewing, no uploading, no audio recording, no panoramaing, no running from building to building. Just sit in one place for 24 hours and draw! (Oh, my aching back.)
