Story 'Corpses'

At the last CCSF meeting (Thursday Jan 10, 2008), Mike Hales suggested we try an advanced version of the Exsquisite Corpse drawing game. I am calling this version the Story Corpse since it uses both words and pictures. But to find out more about how to play this creative game, lets let Mr. Hales explain.

Well, they've been called "greatest game in the world" by a one Shadow Zeneth, but it's really just a mash up of several exquisite corpse games.

Here's the order in which one would play this game:

- First half of sentence, pass
- second half of somebody else's sentence (no looking), pass
- interpret full sentence with a drawing, pass
- (looking at just the picture) interpret drawing with words. A sentence or poem, or paragraph. Pass.
- (looking at just words) interpret words into a drawing)

This is a great exercise for those who are uncomfortable drawing, or writing. Best with 4 or 5 people. Even better when highly caffeinated or slightly inebriated.

Cheers!
Now lets look at two of the final stories. (click for bigger images)
