Frank\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s also the author ROBOCOP 2 and 3<\/strong>, the writer\/director of the reviled THE SPIRIT<\/strong>, and the creator of the equally reviled graphic novel HOLY TERROR<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
