Preliminary Agenda<\/strong>
\nDecide roles
\nDecide on how submissions will work (Maybe a \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Plan A\u00e2\u20ac\u009d and \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Plan B\u00e2\u20ac\u009d depending on funding)
\nTalk about print processes and options (bring budgets and figures if you have any)
\nWebsite stuffs<\/p>\n

Action Items (from last meeting)<\/strong>
\nEverybody to look into the cost of printing various types of pages and books. (binders, etc.)
\nWe can bring this information with us to the next meeting to make an educated decision.
\nEverybody think about roles and how you want to be involved.
\nJamie to draft sponsorship level and create spreadsheet for sharing
\nJamie will bring a few budget drafts to the next meeting
\nDanno to bake us all a cake<\/p>\n
