I’m a Minneapolis writer looking for a local\u00c2\u00a0artist who works for peanuts (Peanuts, get it?).\u00c2\u00a0My cartoon idea is called “Magellan.” This\u00c2\u00a0would be\u00c2\u00a0a simply drawn,\u00c2\u00a01, 2- or 4-panel strip, heavy on dialogue,\u00c2\u00a0featuring four\u00c2\u00a0urban hipsters\u00c2\u00a0in their late 20s. The common\u00c2\u00a0thread between them is Ferdinand Magellan, a somewhat sensitive, frustrated\u00c2\u00a0and neurotic copyeditor \/ headline writer\u00c2\u00a0at a Web service.
