The International Cartoonist Conspiracy has been formed to build an
international group of cartoonists. The only prerequisite for membership
is the desire to draw comics. Membership is open to all cartoonists
regardless of gender, race, age, religious beliefs, sexual orientation,
attractiveness, wit, or talent.
While our organization has become international through the use of the
web, we are not merely a group of passive computer spuds. We
believe in meeting in the flesh and drawing pictures on paper. To this
end, we form local cells which meet on a regular basis for the purpose
of drawing and socializing with fellow cartoonists.
The rumors about flouridation in our ink are a complete and utter fabrication.
